Rob’s career in digital spans over 20+ years, delivering many websites and applications that lead to great success for the companies that hired him.  

After various senior positions delivering CRO & UX projects around the world, he started up Higher Ground. The foundation of Higher Ground was based on Rob’s global successes in online operations, using User Experience and User Centred Design.

Chloe is a highly talented UX designer with a degree in Graphic Design specialising in User Experience..

Chloe always gives everything that 110% effort and has exceptional organisation skills.  She is able to demonstrate many key design and research principles in her practice that optimise business growth and enables her to create better experiences.

Heidi is a Finnish born, UK based illustrator and designer. She specialises in illustration, visual design and pattern art.

Having worked in the art and retail industry for a decade, Heidi has a great eye for visual detail. She is able to work effectively on different design briefs, whilst following brand guidelines and exploring innovative ways to get visual messages across.

Billy specialises in wordpress development. He’s been building wordpress websites for a long, long time working on a huge range of various themes and custom PHP instals.

Always liking a good challenge, Billy is able to solve complex Wordpress problems while ensuring the highest quality of coding solution is applied to suit the website's complexity. 

Effective, modern websites and applications are Simon’s passion. Building teams to design great products is where Simon thrives.

Simon is fluent in multiple coding languages and platforms: Laravel, Sitecore, Unix, Wordpress, Magento, Pimcore, Microsoft, Javascript. Broadly speaking he’s a highly skilled nerd.
